Email vouchers are free of charge and dispatched immediately after purchase or may be scheduled for a future date, up to 40 days in advance. An automatic email with a gift voucher link will be sent as soon as the transaction is completed. This can be sent to either the purchaser or the recipient.

Royal Mail Second Class Post aims to deliver in 2-3 days but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 7 working days. Please allow twelve (12) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service.

Royal Mail First Class Post aims to deliver in 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed and can take up to 5 working days. Please allow ten (10) working days for delivery during peak postal time. This is not a trackable service.
